About Tara Rose

Hello and welcome, my name is Tara Rose,

I have a passion for helping others in their creative journey of self-discovery

and healing. As a clinical art therapist, I bring a unique blend of expertise in

visual art, psychology, and teaching to help you navigate life's challenges.

Specializing in trauma, I've witnessed the transformative power of art therapy,

and here's how it can make a difference in your life:

With a Master of Secondary Teaching (visual art and psychology double major) and a Visual Arts Lecturer background.  I have always had a passion for visual arts and incorporating this into my own life, art therapy does not require any artistic qualifies. It is about the creative discovery and process of self-development and understanding.


Psychotherapy is a therapeutic method where a trained professional helps individuals navigate and overcome emotional and psychological challenges through dialogue and tailored strategies. The goal is to enhance self-awareness, address concerns, and promote positive changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
