"Crafting Timeless Art: Each Hand-Painted Icon is a 4-6 Week Labor. With a full-time job commitment and carefully chosen daylight hours, I dedicate myself to hand-paint every icon. Each batch of icons reflects my dedication and ensures quality. Please understand the longer drying time due to the use of oil paint, an essential element in creating these lasting masterpieces. I ensure you will receive your icon, you may have to wait until the next batch of icons are available.
SHIPPING POLICY
I'm so excited to be able to ship some artwork to you! It really means a lot to share my art with you. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere.
Please allow 14 days from dispatch business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 4-9 business days, but during the holiday season, it could be between 7-12 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via taraasikas1364@gmail.com com within 48 hours in order to discuss further steps.
If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To allow peace of mind, I offer a seven-day cooling-off period. I want everyone who purchases my artwork to be completely satisfied. Once you have received your artwork you have seven days to display the art and see if it is the piece for you.
If you receive a damaged item from the post, please contact me at taraasikas1364@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. You also need to keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to
keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days
after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve
purchased from Tara Rose Art and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
- Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you
do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
(Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.
RETURNING DAMAGED ARTWORK
Step 1
Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at taraasikas1364@gmail.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2
Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3
Email taraasikas1364@gmail.com to complete the return process. Once the piece safely reaches the artist, will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any).
Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
